Why Choose Rightway Auto Service

Rightway Auto Service was founded with one key idea in mind: Make auto repair about the customer, not the car. Here at Rightway Auto Service, we treat our customers differently than most shops here in Tacoma. You aren’t just another car to us. You are “Linda”, or “John”. You have a family, a job, kids, and a life. You deserve to be treated as a person, not a figure. And our professional service staff strives every day to make that a reality for our customers and to keep the course that has gained us the loyal following we have today!

At Rightway Auto Service, it is our mission to treat each person that comes through our door with dignity, respect and sensitivity. Too many shops these days treat customers as just that: Customers. Here at Rightway Auto Service, you are family. We believe this attention to detail has paid off by providing us with our loving, loyal customer base. That’s what makes Rightway Auto Service the best car service in Tacoma!
